TUUBER CORPORATION (TUUBER® "TUUBER") warrants that its Air Admittance Valve (AAV) during normal residential use it will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home*. If the AAV are found by TUUBER to be defective during normal use, TUUBER will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the replacement AAV. TUUBER reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice, to AAV production and parts in, including those used in connection with warranty. For this reason, when approved by TUUBER and at TUUBER’s discretion, functionally equivalent replacement AAV may be used that do not exactly match the original AAV. This warranty applies only to the AAV installed in the United States of America.

Any claim by the consumer in reference to the AAV must be submitted in writing to TUUBER or by calling TUUBER. Any claim by consumer must be submitted to TUUBER within the earlier of 30 days following the date consumer discovered any claimed breach of the foregoing warranty.

If a defect is found in normal residential use, TUUBER will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper installation will void the warranty**. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to TUUBER with all warranty claims. TUUBER is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of TUUBER exceed the purchase price of the AAV.

If the AAV is used commercially TUUBER warrants the AAV to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date the product is installed.

AT TUUBER’S REQUEST, CONSUMER WILL MAIL, AT CONSUMER’S SOLE EXPENSE, ANY ALLEGEDLY DEFECTIVE AAV TO A LOCATION OF TUUBER’S CHOOSING.

TUUBER AND/OR SELLER ARE PROVIDING THESE WARRANTIES IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TUUBER AND/OR SELLER DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations of how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of such damages. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

*Consumer must assert a claim within 30 days following discovery of facts giving rise to the breach of warranty.

**Never use cleaners or chemicals on AAV. This will void the warranty.
